Why is my student unable to access Epic School Plus after school hours?

Ensure that the student has the latest version of Epic installed if using a device (Apple or Android) and it is important that the student is logging in using the teacher's class code.

The student will go to https://www.getepic.com/students and enter the class code to access Epic School Plus at home after school hours.
