To redeem your gift subscription, follow these steps:
Go to the Redeem Your Gift Subscription page.
Fill out the form to create a new account, or select "I have an existing account" to add the gift to your current one.
Enter your code in the Gift Code field.
Start reading! You can use Epic on the web or download the free app from the App Store or Google Play. Just sign in with your account email and password to get started.
Already have a subscription?
If you’re already a member, here is how the gift affects your billing:
Subscribed via Website: Your next monthly payment is automatically paused. It will resume once the gift duration ends—no action needed.
Subscribed via Apple/iTunes: Redeem the code on your account, then turn off auto-renew in your Apple subscription settings to avoid double-charging. Once the gift ends, you can resubscribe directly through our website.
Subscribed via Google Play: Redeem the code, then cancel auto-renew in the Google Play Store (ensure you're signed into the correct Google account). When the gift expires, simply resubscribe on the Epic website to keep reading.
