How do Teacher Rewards work?

Teacher Rewards lets you earn points for using Epic, which you can redeem for free Epic Family passes or an Epic Classroom Kit/Educator Box. It's available for Epic School and Epic School Plus teachers on web and iOS/Android tablets.

NOTE: Rewards will appear on your dashboard once you've finished onboarding. If you just finished and don't see it yet, refresh the page.

How to earn points

1. Log in to your Educator Dashboard on the web or in the Epic app.
2. Find Epic Rewards on your home screen.
3. Click 'Rewards Center' or 'View more tasks' to see all the ways to earn points.

Most points are added automatically. Check your balance and monthly history under the 'Activity' tab. Points stay with your teacher account—they won't reset if your class or school changes, and they can't be transferred.

How to redeem your points

1. From the Rewards Center, click 'Redeem' to see the rewards you can choose from.
2. Click 'Redeem Now' under the reward you want to see its details. If you don't have enough points yet, the button shows how many more you need.
3. Check the points and your remaining balance, then click 'Redeem & Continue'.
4. Finish checkout. Click 'Complete order'.

Once you click 'Redeem & Continue', your points are held and the order shows as Pending until you finish checkout. If you leave checkout before you're done, go to 'Redeem History', open the order, and click 'Checkout'. If the checkout isn't finished by the time shown on the order, the order is canceled automatically and your points are refunded.

How to find your orders

1. From the Rewards Center, click 'Redeem History'.
2. Click 'Order Details' next to any order.

• Passes show as Ready to Use. Click the copy icon next to each gift code and share one code with each family, along with the link getepic.com/redeem.
• Epic Classroom Kits/Educator Boxes ship in 3-5 business days. They show as Processing until they ship, then Shipped with a tracking number, then Delivered.

How to cancel an order

You can cancel a Pending Pass order, or an Epic Classroom Kit/Educator Box that hasn't shipped yet.

1. From the Rewards Center, click 'Redeem History'.
2. Click 'Order Details' next to the order.
3. Click 'Cancel', then click 'Cancel' again to confirm.

The order will show as Canceled, and your points go back to your balance. Kits can't be canceled once they've shipped.
