How do I unsubscribe from Epic emails?

To unsubscribe from our emails, if visible, please click the "Unsubscribe" or "Update Email Preferences" link at the bottom of any email from Epic.

If the unsubscribe button is not visible at the bottom, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to support@getepic.com
  2. Use the subject line "Unsubscribe"
  3. Include your registered email address in the body of the email

Our support team will process your request and confirm completion as soon as possible.

What Happens Next

Once your unsubscribe request is processed:

  • You will no longer receive marketing emails from Epic
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been completed
  • You may still receive transactional emails related to your account if you remain a customer
