How do I create child profiles?

You can create up to 4 child profiles on your Epic Home account! Here's how:

To create a child profile on the web version of Epic:

1. Log in to your Epic account > Access your Parent profile
2. At the top of the Parent Dashboard, click ‘Create a Profile’ > Input the child’s profile name and *optionally* a profile PIN (Use only numerals as letters or other characters will not be accepted)
3. Click ‘Create Profile’!

To create a child profile on the mobile app version of Epic (iOS or Android):

1. Log in to your account > Click Parent Dashboard in the top-right corner and enter your password again
2. Tap the ‘Create Profile’ button
3. Fill in the fields (PIN is optional)
4. Tap the 'Add Child' button
