If you made a Collection for your class and you want to share it with the other teachers at your school (they would like to copy the Collection and assign it to their students too), there are 6 ways to share a Collection:
- Share with an Epic Teacher
- Copy Collection Link
Each of these options are available from the My Library > Collections & Assignments section of your account.
Here's how to share a Collection with a teacher on Epic:
From the web:
- Log in to your Epic account > Switch to your Parent or Educator Profile.
- Next to your avatar at the top right > Mouse over 'My Library', and select Collections.
- Next to the preferred Collection, click ‘Share’.
- To share with another teacher directly through Epic, click 'Share with an Epic Teacher'.
- Select Find a Teacher > You can then search for them by name, e-mail, school name, or class code.
- To share with someone outside of Epic Select 'Copy link' to share a link with the teacher, or click 'Share via Email'.
- To Share via Facebook or Twitter, you will need to login to those services when prompted after selecting those options. (Sharing via Facebook and Twitter is only possible on the web at this time)
From the iOS app:
- Log in to your Epic App > Select your Parent or Educator Profile.
- Select the ‘My Library’ tab at the bottom navigation bar, and click the Collections tab.
